3PE anti-corrosion seamless steel pipe has become the material of choice for pipeline projects worldwide due to its unique composite structure design.
This kind of pipe takes seamless steel pipe as the base material and realizes multiple protection through three layers of anti-corrosion coating (epoxy powder, adhesive and polyethylene), which perfectly balances the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
Analysis of the structure of the anti-corrosion layer:
First layer: 100 microns or more epoxy powder coating (FBE), forming a dense chemical barrier.
Second layer: 170-250 micron adhesive (AD), to realize the molecular level bonding between the coatings.
Third layer: 2.5-3.7 mm polyethylene (PE) for physical impact protection.
